Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or life transitions, individual counseling offers a safe, judgment-free space to explore what’s holding you back—and how to move forward.

Session Length: 50 minutes

Pricing: $125 per session

COUPLES Sessions

Relationships can be beautiful—and challenging. Couples counseling creates a space where both partners can feel heard, gain clarity, and build healthier patterns of communication and connection. Whether you’re navigating conflict, trust issues, or simply want to grow together, we’ll work collaboratively to strengthen your relationship and align your goals.

Session Length: 50 minutes

Pricing: $175 per session


CONSULTING

In addition to therapy, I offer consulting services for individuals, teams, and organizations looking to improve emotional wellness, team dynamics, and leadership effectiveness. From mental health education to customized strategy sessions, my consulting work is focused, insightful, and grounded in both clinical and real-life experience.

Determined based on the scope of service and mutual agreement between provider and company.

The Process: What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but I aim to make it simple and supportive from the start.

  1. Schedule a Free 15 Minute Consultation

We’ll briefly connect to see if we’re a good fit and answer any initial questions.

2. Complete Your Intake Paperwork

Once you’re ready to begin, you’ll receive secure forms through my client portal to help me learn more about your needs.

3. ATTEND YOUR FIRST SESSION

We’ll dive deeper into your goals and start building a foundation for your healing, growth, and clarity.

4. ONGOING SUPPORT

We’ll continue meeting regularly (usually weekly or biweekly), adjusting the pace and focus based on your progress and preferences.

Intake & Scheduling Information

All intake forms, consents, and scheduling will be managed directly through my SimplePractice client portal. Clients will receive secure access to complete their paperwork book or manage appointments online with ease.
